ROOTS Web Services is comprised of a highly motivated team of technical and project management consultants focused on delivering customizable Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud solutions to customers of all sizes.

All members of our technical team are certified AWS Solution Architects with years of experience in data communications and networking. Many also hold valuable experience and certifications (MCSE) in related technologies.

Our Project Managers are PMP (Project Management Professional) certified or PMI (Project Management Institute) Project Management Methodology knowledgeable with project experience.

Originally founded in November 2011 and based in Seattle, WA, our focus has always been on our customers. We listen, design, build scalable and cost effective solutions, and support the applications and infrastructure of your business.

We follow the same project management methodology as the Project Management Institute. The PMI Standards are a successful and proven universal foundation for project management. While every customer and every engagement is unique; adhering to the basic PMI standards is a great way to keep us aligned with our customers. We initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the work of our team to achieve specific goals, use customized templates, and meet specific success criteria. We are able to complete our engagements with the exact requirements as agreed upon, on time, on budget, and maintaining a happy and satisfied customer.

Our Support Services model is simple. We provide value added services on top of our standard managed services and support model. Our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Managed Services and Support contracts are based on month to month subscriptions. We do not hold our customers to long term contracts. We continuously try to add value to the services we provide. If customers no longer need our services, they are welcome to cancel with 30 days notice.
